Writing Samples

Yippee

On the creative side of my Digital Media Specialist role at Yippee, I write show descriptions for one original show (The Yippee Show) and one licensed show (How Ridiculous). I also create titles for another licensed show (Animals Doing Things) and also design the thumbnails! In total, I've written copy for over 250 episodes. Here are some of my favorite examples:

Sweetwater

In 2022, I was selected for a competitive summer internship at Sweetwater Sound in Fort Wayne, Indiana. For four months, I worked in the creative services department writing copy for print advertisements, email newsletters, webpages, radio ads, and more. Here are a few projects for which I wrote copy.

Radio Sweepers

I've written sweepers for Forester Radio - 105.5 FM WQHU. I also wrote a mock sweeper for the Indiana Broadcasters Association Public Education Program. My script took first place in the Radio Copywriting - College category at the 2022 Indiana Association of Student Broadcasters competition.
